Today’s Class-B apartment is yesterday’s Class-A apartment. Generally speaking, Class-B units are about 30% less expensive than Class-A apartments, and they are often in better locations. While the Class-B units are in older buildings, they usually occupy sought-after parts of a city. Class-B units often have the same amenities as newer Class-A ones. However, the Class-B units have endured a couple of extra decades.
